Since founding the agency in 1982 with his wife, Jeannine, Thom has successfully merged his extracurricular interests with his profession. It is no coincidence that he was a junior high softball coach for 20 years; it takes a good coach to bring out the talents of young marketers as much as aspiring softball players. His other interests include chairing the South Bend Regional Sports Commission and service on various not-for-profit boards, plus occasional stints on the adjunct faculty at Bethel College and writing or speaking on marketing topics. The father of two grown children, Thom also enjoys photography and tennis.
